KITEC Replaced by Seller Prior to Close

The SELLER agrees to have all Kitec plumbing in the home replaced on or before two weeks before the closing of this transaction.  All work will be done at the SELLER’s expense. The work will be done in a professional manner and will include all necessary drywall repairs and repainting.  The SELLER shall provide all documentation and any warranty information to the BUYER prior to the closing of this transaction.
